     ðŸŒ™   Working Reflectively with Tarot

Understanding the patterns unfolding in your life

Tarot often helps us see our lives as a meaningful story unfolding, revealing patterns that may otherwise remain hidden. It can be one of the most powerful symbolic tools for exploring the situations we are currently living through. Tarot often reveals the story unfolding in the present moment, while astrology can help illuminate the deeper patterns behind it.

Rather than predicting fixed outcomes, I use tarot as a reflective framework for understanding the emotional, relational, and psychological dynamics present in your life right now.

The cards act as mirrors, helping us recognise patterns, motivations, and influences that may otherwise remain just outside conscious awareness.

For many people, tarot provides a clear starting point for exploring relationship questions, decision points, life transitions, and emotional challenges.

How I Work With Tarot

In my work, tarot is not used simply to give answers. Instead, it becomes part of a thoughtful conversation about what is happening in your life and how you are experiencing it.

The symbols within the cards often illuminate themes that are already present beneath the surface — helping us see situations with greater clarity and perspective.

This process can be particularly helpful where:

• relationship dynamics feel confusing
• important decisions are approaching
• emotional patterns keep repeating
• life circumstances feel uncertain or overwhelming

Tarot often helps us recognise what the present moment is asking of us.

Tarot and the Deeper Pattern

While tarot tends to illuminate the present moment, astrology can sometimes help us understand the underlying life patterns that sit beneath it.

For this reason, some people begin with tarot and later choose to explore their birth chart as a way of gaining deeper insight into recurring themes within relationships, personal growth, and life cycles.

Both approaches can complement each other within ongoing reflective work.

What Happens in a Session

A typical tarot session lasts around 45 minutes.

At the beginning of the session, we spend a little time talking about the situation you would like to explore. Some people arrive with a clear question, while others simply have a sense that something in their life needs reflection or clarification.

If possible, it can also be helpful for me to know your birth date or star sign, as this sometimes adds an additional layer of insight to the conversation.

From there, we use the tarot cards as a framework for exploring the emotional, relational, and psychological themes present in your life.

Many clients find it helpful to return periodically for further sessions, allowing us to notice patterns over time and deepen the reflection.

For online sessions, a recording is usually provided so you can revisit the insights from the reading whenever you wish.

When Tarot Can Be Helpful

People often come for tarot when they are:

• navigating relationship questions
• facing an important decision
• moving through a period of change
• seeking emotional clarity
• wanting to understand repeating patterns in their lives

Even a single session can offer valuable perspective. For others, tarot becomes part of a longer process of reflection and personal development.

Tarot Over Time

Many people first come for a single tarot session when something in life feels uncertain or difficult to understand.

Often, however, they find it helpful to return occasionally over time. Looking at the cards again after a few weeks or months can reveal how situations are evolving, and can bring deeper clarity to patterns in relationships, decisions, and personal growth.

For some people, tarot becomes a thoughtful way of reflecting on life’s unfolding journey rather than simply seeking answers in a single moment. Some also find that combining tarot reflection with astrology or other symbolic work can deepen understanding of longer-term life patterns.

There is never any expectation to continue — but the option is always there if it feels supportive for you.
